The V-Gard 500 is a premium industrial helmet offering class leading protection in a light weight, comfortable and
stylish design that works as hard as you do. With our patented 6 point Push-Key or ultra-premium Fas-Trac III
suspension, all day comfort and safety is assured.
Vented:
• ABS helmet shell offers good resistance to scratches
• Provides lateral crushing protection
• 6 point woven polyester textile suspensions provide height and length adjustment.
• Glaregard textured underside of peak greatly reduces glare and associated eye strain.
• Extra large cooling vents provide heat extraction for added comfort (vented).
• Rain gutter for wet conditions.
• Earmuff and visor attachment slots allow compatibility with accessory range.
• Custom printing & decaling available.
• Certified to AS/NZS 1801 - Type 1.
Suspensions features
• Two patented size adjustment systems: Push-Key with slide and Fas-Trac III with
larger wheel ratchet for quick adjustment when wearing gloves.
• Made of woven polyester.
• Provide high comfort and long term, consistent shock absorption performance.
• Preferred wearing height can be easily adjusted by pushing top crown strap.
• Ensures a consistent performance level even under the influence of moisture.
